SPACE, my seventh of nine solo-biennial exhibitions of interactive installation, will occur October 6-26, 2012, optimally comprising nine temporary large-in-scope audience-activated works throughout 30,000+ square feet of one of Maine's vast empty mill spaces, once again reinvigorating a space potentially unused for many years. I had placed my nine biennials' themes (experience, movement, change, sound, light, time, space, matter, and memory) in a self-deduced chronological order of difficulty. Fourteen years into this 18-year biennial project, in addition to the larger scope that comes with exploring concepts like breadth, distance, capacity, range, position, direction, and place, SPACE begins the most cerebral and ambitious work I will have done within this long-term commitment to art making. If I can raise another 5,000 square feet ($1 per square foot), I will be able to install 9 works at SPACE.

How many square feet can you sponsor?

All who make a donation will be listed as sponsors at my biennial SPACE. Plus, for every $5 you donate by May 31, 2012, you are entered once in a 1-in-up-to-200-chance raffle for a $1,000 drawing of your choice (or two $500 drawings if you prefer); all drawings drawn by myself in support of this work).
